Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

OracleBizz offers automatic refunds when a reading does not meet our quality standards. We believe you should only pay for readings that deliver real value.

2. Automatic Refunds

Every premium reading goes through our built-in quality assurance system. If our system detects that a reading does not meet our standards, for example due to incomplete content, a technical failure, or a generation error, you will be refunded automatically. No action is needed on your part.

When an automatic refund is issued, you will see a message confirming: "You have been refunded automatically."

3. Manual Refund Requests

If you believe your reading did not meet a reasonable standard and our automatic system did not catch it, you can request a manual refund. Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at contact@oraclebizz.com and include the following:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The name of the reading product you purchased
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

4. What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to issue refunds for readings that were delivered successfully but whose content you did not agree with or did not like. Oracle readings are interpretive by nature. The cards, runes, or numbers drawn are random, and the interpretations reflect patterns, not guarantees.

Refunds are also not available for readings that were completed and delivered more than 24 hours ago.
